Annual General Meetings

The Board of Trustees are required to hold an AGM each year to review the previous year with the rate payers.  The financial audit is presented at the AGM, a Chair report is given, and a review of works done and works planned are discussed.  Tolls and Tax rate changes are also presented and discussed.

 

The 2026 AGM will be held at the Cobble Hill Hall April 23rd, 2026. Please join to support your volunteer Board of Trustees.
